  Venus

Venus has since ages past been known as the planet of good fortune and is associated with peace, love and traditional femininity. Venus can be called the earth's sister, partly because she is very much like our earth, but also as a symbol for the young feminine power. Venus revolves around the Sun. In the same way love should revolve around life, and not the other way around. If life is not given priority then one is making a fateful mistake.

Persons with a strong Venus have a tendency to be very physically attractive and because of this easily find relationships, to the opposite sex especially. If Venus is too strong this can reveal itself in excessive flirtation and promiscuity. A weak Venus can in the opposite way give rise to difficulties from a romantic and social consideration. Venus shy's from ugliness and shabbiness.

Venus's position shows how strong or weak our ability is to handle and experience love. Venus shows also how we relate to esthetic dimensions. How we appreciate art, film and music. Culture can be theater and red wine for one person, hard rock and pancake eating competitions for another.
